Who we are
DiceKey Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://www.dicekey.co.uk and delivers data systems, automation, and consulting services to businesses based primarily in the United Kingdom. We act as the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at adam@dicekey.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect data we actually need:
- Contact details: name, email address, company name, and anything you share in a message when you book a call or email us.
- Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated information about how pages are used (page views, referrer, approximate region). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies.
- Call booking data: if you book a call via our scheduling provider, they collect your name, email, and preferred slot on our behalf.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and deliver the service you've asked for.
- To improve the website and understand what's useful.
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing to third-party audiences.
Legal basis
Under UK GDPR, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and running the business, contract performance for delivering engagements, and legal obligation for tax records. Where we use cookies beyond what's strictly necessary, we rely on your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to two years after our last contact, unless we've agreed a longer relationship. Engagement and invoicing records are retained for six years to comply with HMRC rules. Analytics data is anonymous and aggregated.
Sub-processors
We use reputable providers to run parts of the service. Each operates under its own privacy terms:
- Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
- Google Workspace: email and documents.
- Calendly: call scheduling.
- Stripe: payment processing, if applicable to your engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold on you, and you can object to certain processing. Email us at adam@dicekey.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're not happy with our response you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. For anything clarifying, just ask.
