Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 April 2026

About these terms

These terms cover your use of https://www.dicekey.co.uk and the free resources we publish here. Paid engagements are governed by a separate, signed statement of work that takes priority over anything written below.

Who you're dealing with

DiceKey Technology, a business operated by Adam Dyas in the United Kingdom. Contact: adam@dicekey.co.uk.

Using the website

  • You can read, share, and reference our content for personal and commercial purposes.
  • Don't republish our articles wholesale as your own, scrape the site at volume, or try to interfere with how it runs.
  • Downloadable templates and checklists are provided as-is for your own business use — not for resale.

Accuracy of information

We write from experience and keep things current where we can, but content on this website is general information, not formal advice for your specific situation. Always check anything against your own business context before acting on it.

Intellectual property

The DiceKey name, logo, brand, and all original content on the site belong to DiceKey Technology. Third-party product names and logos (Microsoft, Power BI, React, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe what we build with.

Engagements and payments

For paid work:

  • Scope, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria are set out in a written statement of work you sign before we start.
  • Projects are fixed-price and invoiced against agreed milestones. Any ongoing support is optional and quoted separately.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise. Late payments accrue interest under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts regulations.
  • You own the data, configurations, and deliverables we produce for you. We retain rights to reusable libraries, internal tools, and methodologies we bring to the work.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence). For everything else, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to £100. Liability in a paid engagement is set out in that engagement's contract and is typically capped at the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

If we change these terms we'll update this page and the "last updated" date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
